Do not buy anything from this company. The return policy is deceptive in that you will be assessed a $2.95 fee for each item returned. It is impossible to know the true color of a towel until you can see it and when I went to return the items, I found out about the processing fee. What a scam. Do not buy anything from this site.
My wife and I purchased a down comforter from the Company Store that is excellent. Two years ago, we took the plunge ($365 each) for pillows. Now these pillows are are pancake flat and in their own assessment, a return for credit. If these are so bad, why would I buy them again. They are balking on a refund of the purchase price. Let's see if they see the error of this logic.

I feel sad to hear all the negative reviews, bc, i regarded this company on high esteem. I hope the company can amend all the wrongs to make things right. I hope only bc we had a crazy year of the pandemic that fowled up all processes. I also had a bad experience with them in regards to backorder, refund, shipped already, damaged, charged, half shipped, credit card dispute (only way to force a refund, then freeze your credit card acct), drop ship items, and on and on and on... i dont know to commit suicide or feel sorry my favorite store has become parasitic.
I placed an order on a single robe in November 2020. As soon as I hit check out the robe (which was in stock on the website) was suddenly backordered. In February 2021 (3 months later) they tell me the item is expected to ship in April 2021. It is now the end of May (6 months since I placed the order!) and I still haven't received my order despite the fact that the website lists it as in stock. Total waste of time, you're better off buying from somewhere else.
OH. MY. GOD. Just the dumbest employees ever, providing the worst customer service ever. In all honesty some of their products are very nice. But good luck if you run into problems! They charge you to return merchandise that arrives damaged. Refunds are not processed upon receipt of returns; you have to track the return and once the tracking shows it has been delivered at their warehouse, you have to call them and beg them to give you your money back. If you don't do this, they'll do nothing and keep your money because they're completely unethical. You'll be on hold for eternity if you need to call and you'll deal with just the STUPIDEST people ever. This poor woman was trying to do math in her head--while talking to herself--for five full minutes when I tried to get a $14 refund. It takes a month for them to respond to e-mails, and when they finally do, they don't fix the problem--they send you some canned e-mail that makes no sense and doesn't solve a thing. They'll never get another dime out of me.
Worst Ever, I ordered Bamboo Sateen sheets, what I received was everything but. What happened to the Company Store that we loved, the worst thing they send me was a used repackaged top sheet, im mortified to say the least, sime if it us in old beat up packages, also im looking at the cheap stickers saying from HOME DEPO.. I looked it up & sure enought, they took over the Company Store.. if I wanted to buy Hardware tools type of sheets I would have went there...
This is the 2nd time I have gotten below average quality sheets from the company store. The 1st were linen- so course and scratchy that I could not use. They were a gift. I’m a linen sheet aficionado! The 2nd I just bought and paid for and washed so cannot return. So called percale. Actually I think they r burlap. So scratchy. So no more purchases here!
I bought a pair of slippers from the company store and was greatly disappointed in the quality of the item. They were of cheap material and the fit was all off. The one on my right foot was way too big and the left was snug which is quite strange because my right foot is larger than my left. Don't waste your money.
Worst customer service! We placed an order in March and received one part of the order with a delayed shipping on the second portion. NEVER received an email or call regarding the order. WE had to call them to find out the status of the remaining order and turns out the payment information had "expired". I have never heard of this before and we never received an email or call about the order. Sitting here waiting....the worst!
Over two months to get items that were in sotck. Terrible customer service no help lost order online tracking showed no order 4 phone calls two supervisors yuk! . Dont shop here!
I recently bought a king size comforter. I was very satified with it, however it did not come with the pillow shams. It was my mistake for not making sure they were a set. (Although I have never seen a comforter sold without the shams before at other outlets), Consequently, once we received the comforter, we had to then go back to the website and order the shams. They were priced at an outrageous $35 EACH!!!!!! I did find a coupon to take the price down a little, but it still ended up costing me $70 with shipping and tax!! If I didn't love the comforter so much I would have sent it all back. I literally felt like I HAD to buy the shams ... which match the comforter ... but aren't anything extrodiany!! I am WARNING everyone I talk to about what a giant rip off this is. They sell matching sheets...ala cart...ie buy a fitted for an huge price and buy a flat for a huge price. It's the most ridiculous thing ever. Please find other places to buy goods and avoid this place. They may give you a decent price on one thing, but they rip you bad for the accessories!!
Rather poor service and communication. One item from my order was back ordered and 3 months after the expected ship date I had neither received the item nor heard anything, so I called for an update. Customer service rep told me that although the item was back in stock, the original Paypal authorization had expired. They apparently have no process in place to reach out to the customer in this kind of situation. I was told that I needed to provide a credit card number in order for them to ship out the item, so gave the number to the rep over the phone. Then I received a pending charge on my credit card for the entire amount of the original order, including the items that had not been back ordered (already paid and received). When I called back, I was told that because 'I' had changed the payment method, the charge was showing the entire amount but that I would be charged only for the items that shipped, when they shipped. From neither customer service rep did I receive any acknowledgement for the clumsy service, lack of organization or poor communication. The treatment from both reps was perfunctory at best. It did not seem to be the fault of any individual, but rather that this below average level of service is typical of this organization. I will avoid in the future and would not recommend.
I ordered a Boudoir pillow and pillowcase. Pillowcase was defective and I tried to send it back with absolutely no communication from customer service. All they did was send me return slip with no communication at all I tried several times to find out if they're going to send me the replacement. No reply
I've been a repeat customer for years, but I'M DONE NOW. Two years ago, I ordered 2 items, 1 I received but the other companion item sold out and it took 2 weeks before I received notification it would not be restocked. Ok, it was November, around the holidays, so thought maybe it was just a fluke. WRONG! Ever since Home Depot became their parent company in 2017, The Company Store has gone downhill. My daughter-in-law suggested 3 Company Store items for my 3 grandchildren this Easter and I thought ... ok, I'll try 1 more time. Placed my order 1/22/21 for 3 items, with names embroidered on each item. 1 item arrived within a couple of weeks, but the other 2 went on back order, until 3/22/21, but now are not due in until 4/9/21 and EASTER SUNDAY IS TOMORROW!! I was told if they do arrive by 4/9/21, earliest they will ship to me is 4/12/21 and I may not receive them until 4/17/21 ... almost 3 months after I placed the original order!! The customer service rep I spoke to today was utterly and completely detached & disinterested, lacking in customer service skills and totally void of any concern for my situation. And worst of all, no apologies for my inconvenience. BUYERS BEWARE, if you want good customer service and timely receipt of merchandise ordered, SHOP ELSEWHERE! I will be from now on. UPDATE 5/15/21: Called again, around April 21, since this order had still not arrived. As before, the customer service rep could have cared less about my situation + told me the items were due in the next day but would take at least 3-5 days to process before shipping. No offer to expedite shipping of this delayed order nor any other kind of compensation for my dissatisfaction and inconvenience. FINALLY after 3 months + 1 week, my grandchildren's bath towels arrived on 4/29/21 .... balled up into plastic bags, in a plastic delivery envelope. WOW, final proof that The Company Store has gone TOTALLY downhill.

Legitimate Business selling stylish bedding and home products. As a satisfied customer for over 25 years, I will shop elsewhere as the quality is now poor and cheaply made.

It has been easy to get hold of customer service and eventually worked out multiple problems. Let me add, their were too many problems to continue doing business with the company.

They were closed site says 24/7 but that's wrong. I sent an email and will be calling back in a few hrs
